OUR STORY

After several years of living a block apart and frequenting the same bars, Glenn and Darcy were finally introduced by Shelby in April of 2018. They met at Room 11 in Columbia Heights (RIP) for cocktails and stayed until closing, when they moved to Wonderland Ballroom so they could keep talking. In June 2022, Darcy proposed at E Street Cinema after an (incidentally private) showing of Everything Everywhere All at Once. They celebrated with a bomb pop and milkshake from an ice cream truck and a walk through the Smithsonian gardens. Later that year, they bought their first home and adopted their pride and joy, Lilith Elburn-Sleasman.
